Supplied with each order is a printed returns form with instructions on how to return the product to us for an exchange, credit note or in some instances a refund. If you are unable to locate the returns form please contact us.
In the event that you would like to return your item we’re happy to exchange for a credit note or if paid via bank transfer or Klarna we can offer a refund for the item minus shipping costs. Unfortunately we're now unable to refund orders made via PayPal due to the recent change in PayPal's refund policy. On the 5th March 2020 any refunds made to a buyer will event in the lose of the PayPal fees to us, meaning when you refund a customer PayPal will not refund back to us the cost in sale, more information can be found here: https://tamebay.com/2020/01/paypal-to-keep-fees-from-refunds-even-for-fraudulent-transactions.html
If the item is faulty shipping costs will also be refunded. The credit note is a unique code only redeemable by the same account used on the original purchase.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date eligible for a return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the swing tag not removed.
Items that have been exclusively sourced may not be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
