Supplied with each order is a printed returns form with instructions on how to return the product to us for an exchange, credit note or a refund. If you are unable to locate the returns form please contact us.
In the event that you would like to return your item we’re happy to exchange for a credit note or offer a refund for the item minus shipping costs. If the item is faulty shipping costs will also be refunded. The credit note is a unique code only redeemable by the same account used on the original purchase.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date eligible for a return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the swing tag not removed.
Items that have been exclusively sourced may not be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
